We a offer a bunch of free activities for students throughout the semester like trips, wine tasting, salsa classes and flamenco shows.
What we offer

Individual or shared rooms for medium and long term stays in Madrid and Barcelona center. All of our tenants are international students or young people working abroad.

The rent for a shared room or a room for a couple is 50€ per month more. Please contact us for more information.
An Unforgettable Experience
To ensure the ultimate living abroad experience we are selective about our tenants. Tenants must meet the following criteria:

Between the ages of 18 and 30 years old.

Love the idea of sharing an apartment with people from all over the world!
Location, location, location
We only choose the best locations.
All of our apartments are located in the center of the city. They are all less than 200 meters or 2 minutes walking from the closest metro station.
Friendly Team
A team of former exchange students from all over the world dedicated to making sure you have the best experience during your time We are young, energetic and eager to help you.
Maintenance service
We are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of our apartments. If the apartment needs a little TLC, just contact us and we will take care of it right away.
Fully Furnished and Fully equipped
The apartments are completely furnished and the kitchens are fully equipped with the basics you need to cook and eat. All bedrooms have a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, night stand and lock on the door. We do not offer bed linens (sheets, blankets, or pillows) so we recommend a shopping trip with your new roommates, when you arrive to get everything you want or need for your room and the apartment.
